🕰️Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: From 3:00 PM onwards
We want you to have time to settle in and enjoy your stay, so check-in is flexible but please let us know at least 2 hours in advance if you'll be arriving after 7:00 PM.
Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM
We kindly ask that you leave the property by this time so we can prepare for the next guests. Please be sure to:
- Remove all personal belongings
- Dispose of trash in the designated bins
- Leave used towels in the bathroom or designated laundry area
- Return any furniture to its original position (if you've moved anything)
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Please ask in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.
🏡General Rules
- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM to preserve the peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
- No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or large gatherings. Our property is meant for rest, relaxation, and quiet enjoyment.
- Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.
- Strictly No Smoking or Vaping: Inside the rooms and on common areas within the property. We will charge ₱10,000 for every violation to cover extra cleaning cost.
- Strictly No Alcoholic Drinks within the property.
- Strictly No Illegal Drugs: If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs, they will be reported to the police and asked to vacate immediately.
- Cooking is Not Allowed: A rice cooker is available upon request. Feel free to use the barbecue grill outside. Keep doors closed to avoid smoke detectors triggering, and clean up after use.
- No Pets Allowed: To avoid medical emergencies from guests with allergies, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
💧Pool Rules & Safety
Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, the pool is closed after 7:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding!
- → Use at Your Own Risk: The pool is not supervised. Children must be watched at all times. Pool has pointed edges—please be mindful to avoid injuries.
- → No Diving or Running: For everyone's safety, please refrain from diving, running, or rough play around the pool area.
- → Shower Before Swimming: Please rinse off before entering the pool to help keep the water clean.
- → No Glass in Pool Area: Use only plastic cups or bottles near the pool to prevent accidents.
- → Towels & Furniture: Please use the provided pool towels and avoid placing wet items on indoor furniture.
🌱Respect the Space
- Keep It Tidy: Kindly clean up after yourself, especially in shared or outdoor areas.
- Eco-Friendly Living: Help us conserve water and energy—turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.
- Wildlife & Nature: Please do not disturb local wildlife. Enjoy nature respectfully and leave no trace.
- Safety: For everyone's protection, we have installed surveillance cameras in outdoor areas within the property. DO NOT, under any circumstance, touch the wire on top of the fence surrounding the property.
